From provocation to participation.
At FForward New York, a mixed audience from AV, IT and real estate heard four partner perspectives on emerging capability, then challenged what those ideas could mean for the workplace and the people in it.
A wider discussion asked questions about human experience, organizational priorities and who gets a seat at the table early enough to make a difference. The event was designed to carry those ideas into further exploration, rather than end with a sequence of presentations.

What can a room build in four hours?
With AVIXA at InfoComm 2026, NΞXXT brought The SPRINT to a wider industry audience. People from different roles worked in teams around catalyst challenges, using AI to move from a shared question toward tangible concepts such as prototypes, workflows or new service and business models.
The format made innovation something to practice together. A following-day Xchange LIVE session gave teams a place to share their work and examine what the process revealed. It is a model for organizations that want to build confidence and capability through participation, rather than leave with inspiration alone.
