Exponential potential
The X speaks to exponential possibility. AI can expand what one person can do; the greater question is what becomes possible when that capacity meets the experience, imagination and judgment of people working together.

About NΞXXT
NΞXXT was created to help people look beyond the technologies that connect us and ask what our collective work could become.
Our mission
NΞXXT exists to accelerate the transformation of collaborative work in the AI age.
We help leaders and the wider collaboration community move from confusion to confidence, and from reaction to reinvention, so emerging capability creates tangible value for the people and organizations it serves.
Our roots are in AV, unified communications and the places where people gather. Our focus extends to what those capabilities can enable: better learning, stronger collaboration, sounder decisions and the courage to change how work gets done.

REACTION follows the human and organizational journey from the first imperative to act through to a new way of working. It makes room for the tension with legacy habits, then turns that tension into tests, learning, a supported capability and adoption. The stages can loop as ideas are refined and new change emerges.

What's in a name?
The NΞXXT name and mark are a compass for the work. As new possibilities change the routes available to us, they help us return to the question of what kind of progress we are pursuing. A mark that appears on everything we do should also hold us to the purpose behind it.
The X speaks to exponential possibility. AI can expand what one person can do; the greater question is what becomes possible when that capacity meets the experience, imagination and judgment of people working together.
The double chevrons evoke fast-forward: the speed of an AI-driven future. They challenge us to shorten the distance between seeing what is possible and acting on it, with the judgment to choose where we are going.
The three lines stand for people, planet and profit. When transformation offers a blank canvas, we can set the compass toward all three from the beginning and make them part of what progress means.
How the work connects
We convene different perspectives, work with leaders as choices evolve, and test promising ideas against the reality of their work. A question raised in one setting can become a decision or a practical experiment in another. The three ways of working reinforce one another.
Bring different disciplines and levels of leadership together to challenge assumptions, share perspective and spark new possibilities.
Work with leaders to connect emerging possibilities to their organization, their priorities and the choices they can make now.
Try a promising idea with the people closest to the work, learn what changes in practice and decide what merits further investment.
Community is the foundation beneath all three. Through events, advisory and experimentation, NΞXXT helps people find peers who share an interest, priority or passion and bring different experiences to it. Together we challenge assumptions, share learning and travel further than any person or organization could alone.

Behind the work
After more than thirty years working across collaboration technology, the built environment and business change, Byron created NΞXXT to ask a larger question: what can we help people and organizations become?
For more than 15 years, Byron led GPA at global scale. Working across countries and cultures taught him that collaboration cannot be reduced to a standard room or a single playbook. Geography, local practices and the way people make decisions all shape whether a shared strategy works in practice. That experience informs how NΞXXT connects global ambition with the people and contexts that must make it real.
His perspective also draws on sustainability and the challenge of evolving business models. He connects those disciplines with the changing demands of workplace and AI, challenging inherited assumptions and helping people move from an intriguing possibility to a considered path forward.
